KUNG sakaling manloko ang kanilang mga karelasyon, patatawarin pa rin daw nina Carla Abellana, Rocco Nacino at Max Collins ang mga ito.
May kanya-kanyang dahilan ang tatlong bida ng bagong Kapuso series na “To Have and To Hold” kung bakit handa silang magpatawad kahit pa nagkasala sa kanila.
Sa naganap na virtual mediacon ng nasabing drama series, natanong nga ito sa tatlong Kapuso stars.
Ayon kay Max, na happily-married sa aktor ding si Pancho Magno, “Ako, yes. I feel like marriage or love is stronger than infidelity. But, syempre, that all depends on your partner, if your partner wants to be forgiven, ‘di ba?”
Sang-ayon si Carla sa pahayag ni Max, napakahirap daw magpatawad pero isa ito sa pinakamahalagang elemento sa proseso ng “healing.”
“Ako, yes, definitely. Hindi naman madali ‘yan for sure magpatawad kapag nagloko ang asawa, pero parte ‘yan ng buhay,” pahayag pa ng fiancée ni Tom Rodriguez.
Sabi pa niya, “Lagi ko nga sinasabi, si Lord nga, nagpatawad paano pa tayo?’ But that shouldn’t be a go signal or an excuse na aabusuhin dapat ng partner mo na, ‘ay, ok lang ‘yan, magpapatawad naman ‘yan for sure.
“Gawin na natin hindi rin naman dapat ganu’n pero para mabuo ka bilang tao at maging masaya ka ay kailangan mo ring magpatawad ng iba,” katwiran ni Carla.
Sabi naman ni Rocco, “I totally agree, I mean a second chance is part of the work that you have to put up with.
“Tinanggap mo ‘yung promise sa isa’t isa, you also have to face all the ugly traits or your partner and also pray that things can get better in time.
“Pero, tulad nga nung sinabi ni Carla, porke’t nagpatawad, ‘yun na ‘yun.
“A second chance means really embracing the flaws of each other but, of course, there’s always a limit to it and, of course, it dies down din to bakit,” dagdag pang punto ng asawa ni Melissa Gohing.
