Andi Eigenmann and kids

“Nakakuha ako agad ng go signal from six weeks after. And I think for most women ganu’n naman siya. But that’s like for moderate types of exercises.

“With the more extreme ones like say surfing, muay Thai, and whatnot, I went back to that three months after as per my OB,” sabi ni Andi.

Pero it’s not really a fast process.

“I guess hindi niyo lang ako nakikita araw-araw o kaya mukhang mabilis. But now, Koa is seven months old and I haven’t really reached my goal.

“To me, it’s a holistic thing. Like it’s not just about losing weight.

“Especially because sometimes, these diets can cause us to really become weaker. And, that’s not my goal.

“My personal goal is to lose that body fat but at the same time, gain some muscle and become physically stronger.

“Because feeling strong for me or being strong physically really helps me become emotionally and mentally strong as well. So that I can be the best momma I can be to my kids. And that’s my number one priority,” katwiran pa ng anak ni Jaclyn Jose.

Paalala pa niya sa mga kapwa niya mommy, “I understand that other moms want to shed weight asap and there are others that don’t.

“We all have our own personal fitness goals and to each our own, honestly. As long as we do it in a healthy way to not hinder us from being A+ moms to our babies,” sabi pa ni Andi.

“A part of me always feels missing when this kid isn’t around. I miss her so much!!” aniya sa caption ng ipinost niyang litrato ni Ellie sa IG.

Aniya pa, “Having 3 kids doesn’t mean we learn to split our heart into pieces. Mothers just have this innate capability of having our hearts grow big enough to have more and more love to give. I cherish this gift so much because it is the most important thing we can offer our kids.

“It could get pretty difficult too. Specially when they start to grow into their own person with their own preferences and making their own decisions.

“I just have to constantly remind myself that I committed to raising my little girl in order for her to find her true and authentic self so that she could live her happiest and best life. Not so that she could stay with me forever and keep me comfortable.”
