Mga batang may edad 5 taong gulang pataas, pinayagan nang makalabas ng bahay

Pinayagan na ng Inter-Agency Task Force ang mga batang nag-eedad ng limang taong gulang pagtaas na makalabas ng bahay.

Ayon kay Presidential Spokesman Harry Roque, iiral ang bagong panuntunan sa mga lugar na nasa risk classification modified general community quarantine (MGCQ) at general community quarantine (GCQ).

Hindi naman iiral ang naturang panuntunan sa mga lugar na nasa heightened restrictions na MECQ at ECQ.

“Outdoor areas shall be limited to parks, playgrounds, beaches, biking and hiking trails, outdoor tourist sites and attractions as may be defined by the Department of Tourism, outdoor non-contact sports courts and venues, and al-fresco dining establishments in the previously mentioned areas, ” pahayag ni Roque.

Hindi kasama ang mixed-use indoor/outdoor buildings at facilities gaya ng malls at mga kahalintulad na establisyemento.

“In addition, children must be supervised by adults and observe minimum public health standards, such as wearing of face masks and social distancing,” pahayag ni Roque.

Ipinauubaya naman ng IATF sa local government units kung tataasan ang age limit.

“The local government units (LGUs) may increase the above age restriction of children depending on the COVID-19 situation in their respective jurisdictions,” pahayag ni Roque.
