ILEGAL na inokupahan at ninakawan pa ang condo unit na pag-aari ng Kapuso actress na si Jasmine Curtis-Smith.
Kuwento ng dalaga, may mga taong hindi niya kilala ang nanirahan sa nabili niyang condo unit na tinitirhan na niya ngayon.
Sa kanyang Instagram page, ipinost ni Jasmine ang kanyang litrato na kuha sa isang bahagi ng kanyang property. Dito, nabanggit nga niya ang nangyari bago siya lumipat sa nasabing condo.
“Story of this unit… purchased this as an investment almost 6-7 years ago.
“Wasn’t able to utilize it for a year and a half after turnover because of my lack of knowledge in property handling!
“I was about to move in after that year and a half but when I got to the unit, it was LIVED IN,” simulang pagbabahagi ng sisteraka ni Anne Curtis.
Talagang ginamit daw ng nga taong nanirahan sa unit niya ang mga kagamitang naroon at marami rin ang nawala at pinaniniwalaang tinangay na ng sindikatong nakapasok sa bahay niya nang hindi niya nalalaman.
“All the plastic sealing of my sinks, faucets etc were torn and with empty bottles, sachets and whatnot left behind!
“They even stole the range and cabinet handles that came with the unit,” kuwento ni Jasmine.
Aniya pa, nabago ang securitt at managenent ng nasabing residential property “a year or two after that incident.”
“So I decided to keep it and not sell anymore. After all, I still am not that knowledgeable with property handling!
“Plus thought about how useful this place will be not just for me but for overseas family visiting in the future. Like my mama who likes being near the shops and cafes,” pahayag pa ng Kapuso star.
Sabi pa ni Jasmine, ginamit din niya ang condo unit bilang quarantine mini studio late last year para sa kanyang showbiz commitments.
“And after months of dealing with quarantine restrictions… voila! It’s ready. Holy wow, I am adulting hard at 27,” ang sabi pa ni Jasmine sa caption ng kanyang IG photo.
