Donny proud na proud sa ‘He’s Into Her’, pero umaming nape-pressure dahil…

KAHIT dalawang taong naghintay ang mga fans nina Belle Mariano at Donny Pangilinan sa pagsasama ng dalawa sa isang bonggang project, siguradong masusulit naman ito ngayong Mayo.

Pangako ng Kapamilya loveteam, hindi sila mapapahiya kapag ipinalabas na ang live action adaptation ng sikat na Wattpad at Precious Pages book series na “He’s Into Her”.

Mismong si Donny na ang nagsabi na hindi siya nawalan ng pag-asa na darating din ang tamang panahon na matutuloy din ang pagpapalabas ng “He’s Into Her” nila ni Belle.

Unang napanood ang magka-loveteam sa pelikulang “James and Pat and Dave”, “Actually we were already towards the ending of James and Pat and Dave when we decided to add that end scene. So it was towards the end already. Hindi namin actually alam.

“So we were already shooting He’s Into Her and nadagdagan pa yun. I think na-maintain naman yung chemistry kasi du’n nag-start eh, sa mga first leg. I think we really didn’t have a problem in terms of nainip or stuff like that. Hindi ako nainip,” kuwento ng binata.

Matatandaang na-postpone ang taping ng nasabing project dahil sa lockdown at sa pagpapasara sa ABS-CBN. Pero sa darating na May 28 mapapanood na ito sa iWant TFC at magsisimula naman sa free TV sa May 30.

“What excites me is just the fact that it’s been so long. And we’re finally all here. This pandemic has made us realize a lot of things and of the things for me was that I really missed to be on set, I really missed working.

“And I’m just so happy that this show that’s been in the works for quite some time is finally airing. I think I could share the same sentiments as everyone else are all so excited to just let everyone see what we’ve been working on,” pahayag pa ni Donny na siyang gaganap sa lead role bilang si Deib Lohr.

“From the very beginning, I’m just so blessed to showcase not just this show but the entire cast and crew. I’m just really glad that this entire cast and crew become a family.

“Sobrang proud ako sa cast na ito kasi we gave it our all. I really believe that. And kung anong expectation nila sa shooting, I think we gave it times two, times three, times four, times 10,” aniya pa.

Samantala, inamin din ng aktor na may mga binago sa kuwento ng “He’s Into Her” na wala sa libro, “Marami rin. Hindi mo naman alam kung ano magiging reaction ng mga tao. There is also that pressure to maybe reach that expectation of a lot of people for the book.

“Especially that there are some scenes na wala sa book and there are some changes. But overall it’s more of good pressure kasi alam ko na pinaghirapan namin ito.

“We gave our best and alam namin that at the end of the day we all just wanted to give something that will inspire people and make them go through a rollercoaster of emotions and I believe we did that,” sey pa ng anak nina Maricel Laxa at Anthony Pangilinan.
