Itinalaga ng Santo Papa si Capiz Archbishop Cardinal Jose Advincula bilang isa sa mga miyembro ng Congregation for the Clergy.
Nakabase sa Vatican City ang Congregation of Clergy.
Maliban kay Advincula, isa pang cardinal mula sa Brunei ang itinalaga ni Pope Francis sa parehong pwesto.
Si Advincula ay naging Obispo sa San Carlos Negros Occidental noong 2001 at nailipat sa Capiz bilang archbishop noong 2011.
