Binuksan ng pamahalaang-lungsod ng Pasay ang Baclaran night market sa Service Road ng Roxas Boulevard.

Siniguro naman ni Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano na mahigpit na ipapatupad ang minimum health and safety protocols para iwas hawaan ng COVID-19 sa mga nagtitinda at mamimili.

Ang pagbubukas ay para patuloy na may pagkakitaan ang mga nagtitinda sa ilalim at paligid ng Baclaran LRT station sa Taft Avenue na pinalayas dahil sa anti-obstruction operation ng MMDA.
