#LipadDarnaLipad: Angel pasok sa 2020 Leaders of Tomorrow list

ISA na namang pagkilala ang natanggap ng Kapamilya actress na si Angel Locsin dahil sa pagiging philanthropist.

Nakasama ang dalaga sa listahan ng 2020 Leaders of Tomorrow ng Tatler Asia kung saan naka-level niya ang iba pang malalaking pangalan sa larangan ng tunay na public service.

Isa ang aktres sa nakapasok sa “The Generation T” list kasama ang 400 pang young leaders “who are shaping Asia by redefining their industries or breaking new ground.”

Ayon sa ulat, “Angel was recognized for her tireless philanthropic work in education, domestic violence and health.

“Initially famous for her television work, Angelica Locsin became a household name for her philanthropic work, particularly since she donated US$300,000 to scholarships for the less fortunate, as well as supporting the economic and political rights of indigenous people, and working to end violence against women and children.”

“Since the coronavirus crisis began, she has played an important role in raising funds for hospitals and equipment for frontline doctors.”

Idinaan naman ni Angel ang pasasalamat sa natanggap na pagkilala sa pamamagitan ng Instagram. Sa maikling video, sinabi ng dalaga na napakalaking bagay para sa kanya ang mapasama sa nasabing listahan.

Ilan pa sa mga nakasama ni Angel sa 2020 Leaders of Tomorrow list ay ang gymnast na si Carlos Yulo, Angkas founder George Royeca, ang anak ni Sen. Grace Poe na si Brian Poe Llamanzares at ang fashion designer na si Mich Dulce.

Kung matatandaan, kinilala rin si Angel ng Forbes Asia bilang isa sa mga bagong bayani para sa kanilang 13th annual Heroes of Philanthropy list.
