Pinakamataas na pondo pa rin ang sektor ng edukasyon kasama ang Department of Education, Commission on Higher Education, state universities and colleges at Technical Education and Skills Development Authority.

Sinundan naman ito ng Department of Public Works and Highways, Department of the Interior and Local Government, Department of National Defense, Department of Health, Department of Social Welfare and Development, Department of Transportation, Department of Agriculture, judiciary at Department of Labor and Employment.
