Tom bumalik agad sa trabaho dahil sa pera; Lovi, Winwyn patalbugan sa ‘I Can See You’

Ani Lovi, “I was just looking forward to going back to work right from the beginning curious on how things will be handled.”

Hindi rin daw siya nag-alala na baka mahawa sila ng killer virus habang nasa taping, “Buo ang tiwala ko sa production sa team kasi even before sa mga production namin sa GMA 7, safety comes first so, no, it wasn’t a hard decision.

“Yes, I was a little scared because of the situation but I was also very excited to work, to see my friends, to see my co stars,” aniya pa.

“And entertainment helps a lot of people most especially now given the current setting so I’m happy that GMA was able to come up with new material and I’m proud to be part of it,” pahabol pa ng Kapuso actress.

Para naman kay Winwyn, “I wanted to work because I really miss acting, I really miss working in front of the cameras. First love namin ito e, it’s what we do and I’m just glad to have received the call.”

It’s a necessity e, practical lang tayo, these are uncertain times after all.

“Pero yun nga it also fulfills yung creative purpose din. I miss the craft.  I love what we do. Actually, it is what we have been doing din naman online for the past few months.

“Entertaining a lot of people whether we get paid or not. So ito, it’s a welcome thing, a necessary gamble,” dagdag ng boyfriend ni Carla Abellana.

Ano naman ang naging challenge sa kanila sa pagte-taping under new normal?

“Ang sa akin, it’s more of the physical aspect in executing scenes. Kasi as part of the new protocol, hindi masyadong nakakapaghawakan like, kung sa scene asawa mo yung kausap mo, you can’t touch, and you have to think of new ways to communicate that. Emotionally we got there, the physical aspect medyo challenging.”

Sey naman ni Winwyn, “Dahil may limitations kami, we tried to be more creative about it. Ang ginawa namin sa series e, parang may participation yung audience in the sense na they have to imagine what comes next or what is actually happening without us having to actually execute it like usual so I think it will make things more exciting for them.”

Hirit naman ni Tom, “It’s like finding another path kung saan hindi pa pulido yung dadaluyan. We’re treading that and were finding new ways, discovering new things relating to the craft.

“So, if ever bumalik tayo sa dati or kung tuloy tuloy na ito well, at least, I could say na may baon na kami. Alam na namin ang gagawin. It is challenging but I think we were able to get over that hurdle in creative ways,” aniya pa.
