“I’m 54. How much longer do I have to live? Everything I ever did, every sacrifice, every decision I ever made, was for my children.
“I’m far from perfect, but I tried. I forgot for a minute that they grow up, they have their own minds, they leave. I forgot ME.
“I let go of my own dreams. No more time or energy to fulfill them,” ang bahagi ng Instagram post ni Mega.
Dagdag pa niya, “Got the dream of having a family. I don’t really care about what other people will think or say anymore. Just my children.
“They are all that matter. But sometimes I wonder if my children will one day say to me, ‘Mama, it’s time to think of YOURSELF. What do YOU really want? What will REALLY make you HAPPY?
“‘We may not agree with it or like it but we will respect and love you with all our hearts forever anyway.’ That is a prayer. Now. @itskcconcepcion @frankiepangilinan,” lahad pa ni Sharon.
Sa huling bahagi ng kanyang IG hugot, nag-share siya ng quote na nagsasabing, “My hope is that they will remember mommy tried. Even when she was tired, even when she was stressed.
“I hope they will know that I did it all for them. That I had every intention of being great, good, and grand, but some days all I could be was okay.”
