LTO itinigil muna ang pagbibigay ng student driver’s permit

ITITIGIL muna ng Land Transportation Office ang pagbibigay ng student driver’s permit simula sa Hulyo 1.

Muling magbabalik ang pagbibigay ng student’s permit sa Agosto 3 pero ang mga bibigyan lamang ay ang sumailalim na sa 15 oras na theoretical driving course.

Ang theoretical course ay nakukuha sa mga driving school at LTO.

Saklaw ng 15 oras na theoretical course ang mga batas trapiko at regulasyon kaugnay ng pagmamaneho.
