Paolo, Yayo naiyak sa pag-amin ng LGBTQ Bar topnotcher sa ‘Bawal Judgmental’
SIGURADONG marami na naman ang napaiyak sa live episode kanina ng “Bawal Judgmental” ng Eat Bulaga.
As usual, affected na naman ang TV host-actor na si Paolo Ballesteros sa emosyonal na pag-come out ng isa sa mga choices na humarap sa celebrity contestant na si Yayo Aguila.
Sa isang bahagi ng segment, inamin ni Atty. Klinton Torralba on national TV ang pagiging miyembro ng LGBTQ+. Dito, nalaman din ng mga Dabarkads na isa siya sa naging Bar topnotcher noong 2017 (Top 9).
Ani Klinton, ito ang opisyal na pag-amin niya about his sexual preference kasabay ng pagbibigay ng mensahe sa kanyang pamilya.
Sa unang tanong, pinahulaan kay Yayo kung sino sa mga pagpipilian ang nagtapos sa college at naging cum laude.
Hindi pinili ng aktres ang abogado kaya nang lapitan siya at interbyuhin nina Paolo at Jose Manalo, sinabi ni Klinton na cum laude siya nang magtapos sa University of Santo Tomas.
Sa pagkakataong ito, ipinagtapat na nga ng lawyer na bading siya, “Actually, ang paalam ko sa parents ko today, I will go to work.
“But last night, as I was preparing my clothes, siguro nagtataka sila bakit ang dami kong dala. Now, here I am.
“Actually, before the show started, I’m still anxious about it. And now, it’s not really coming out because, for me, as you can see, it’s so obvious, I am part of the LGBT community.
“To my mind, it’s so obvious. But I guess, in our family, we never had the chance to talk about it because, as a traditional Filipino family, especially I’m from the province, it’s not really matters that we want to talk about.
“I guess, they were not ready and I was not ready. But until like nights ago, when this opportunity was given to me, sabi ko, ‘Parang puwede. Why not confirm it on a national TV?’” pahayag ni Klinton.
Nang hingan ng message para sa kanyang mga magulang, hindi na napigilan ni Klinton ang maiyak, “I promise I won’t cry. But Mama and Papa, everything that I did has always been for you, the both of you, especially for our family.
“And I’m sure, you noticed that I’m behaving differently, because there’s a burden in my heart and I cannot express myself, and there are a lot of responsibilities on top of that.
“I just want to unburden myself and the family of this dilemma, so here I am and I know for a fact that you’ll accept me.
“I will never stop making you proud. Sure ako na bilang abogado, alam niyong palaging ipinaglalaban ko ang iba.
“Pero sa pagkakataong ito, sana hayaan niyo naman na ipaglaban ko ang sarili ko,” mahabang pahayag ni Klinton.
Habang nagsasalita ang abogado, ipinakita sa camera ang pagluha nina Paolo at Yayo. Sey ni Paolo kay Klinton, “I am sure naman na sobrang proud sa ‘yo ang parents mo, with achievements o wala.
“I’m sure, very proud sila sa ‘yo dahil wala naman ‘yan sa pagkatao. Kailangan, mabuting tao,” sey pa ng TV host-comedian.
Marami nang LGBTQ members ang nagka-comeout sa “Bawal Judgmental” ng Eat Bulaga at ilang beses na ring umiyak si Paolo at iba pang Dabarkads sa madamdamin at madadrama nilang kuwento.
