NAARESTO ang no. 2 most wanted person sa Cagayan Valley kahapon.
Si Franklyn Dela Cruz, 53, ng Adalia st., Brgy. Guadalupe Viejo, Makati City alas-3 ng hapon sa Alpha Land Corporate Tower, Ayala Ext., Brgy. San Antonio, Makati City.
Siya ay wanted sa kasong murder. Siya ay hinuli sa bisa ng warrant of arrest na ipinalabas ni Judge Jezarene Aquino, ng Regional Trial Court branch 5 ng Tuguegarao City.
Walang piyansang inirekomenda ang korte para sa kanyang pansalamantalang kalayaan.
Ang suspek ay hinuli ng pinagsanib na puwersa ng District Intelligence Division ng Quezon City Police District at Makati Police.
