INILALATAG na ang mga bagong riles sa pagitan ng Santolan station at Ortigas station southbound.
Ayon sa Metro Rail Transit 3 sa kabuuan ay 231 long-welded rail (LWRs) na may habang 180 metro bawat isa ang nailatag na sa mainline ng MRT3. Ang distribution ng LWRs ay nasa 94.9 porsyento na.
Sa kabuuan 41,580 na sa 65,892 (63.10%) linear meters ng LWRS ang naikabit.
Mas mabilis ito ng 3.37 porsyento batay sa plano napabilis matapos na payagan ang paggawa noong panahon ng Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) at Modified (ECQ).
