2 Chinese na nahuli pero pinalaya inilagay sa alert list ng BI

INILAGAY ng Bureau of Immigration sa alert list nito ang dalawang Chinese national na nahuli sa isang iligal na ospital sa Pampanga.

Ayon kay BI Commissioner Jaime Morente sakaling tangkain nina Liu Wei at Hu

Shiling na umalis ng bansa hindi sila papayagang makasakay ng eruplano at dadalhin sa BI intelligence and legal divisions for investigation.

“We have placed them on our alert list to prevent them from leaving the country and ensure their presence while they are undergoing criminal and administrative investigation for their alleged offenses,” ani Morente.

Naaresto sina Liu at Hu sa isang raid sa iligal na ospital sa Fontana Leisure Park sa Clark, Angeles City, noong Mayo 19. Pinalaya din ang mga ito dahil walang naisampang kaso.

Nagsasagawa rin ang BI ng hiwalay na imbestigasyon sa iligal na ospital sa Makati City kung saan naka-confine ang apat na Chinese.

“I have instructed our Intelligence Division to investigate if these alleged Chinese nationals are legally staying in the country. Should we find they violated our immigration laws, they will be charged them with deportation cases before our law and investigation division,” dagdag pa ng Immigration chief.

Sinabi ni Morente na Pinatitignan niya kung mayroong permiso ang mga ito na manatili sa bansa.
