Ayon kay Marlon Tobias, empleyado ng pamahalaan ng Laguna, naramdaman nila ang pagbagsak bg yelo sa Brgy. Lamot, Calauan pasado ala-1.
“I wouldn’t believe it at first until a vehicle in front of us pulled over. We had to stop too because you almost couldn’t see the road anymore. We also worried the hailstones might damage the windshield,” ani Tobias
Idinagdag niya na maraming sasakyan sa lugar ang tumigil upang palipasin ang pag-ulan ng yelo, na inabot nang hanggang limang minuto.
Sa Los Baños, sinabi ng mga residente na kasinglaki ng butil ng mais ang yelong bumagsak sa kanila.
