Nabatid na mga tauhan ng PNP Internal Affairs Service at Intelligence Group ang humarap sa Taguig City Prosecutors Office para maghain ng kasong kriminal.
Nag-ugat ang paghahain ng kaso sa “mañanita” na isinagawa para sa kaarawan ni Sinas noong Mayo 8.
Batay sa obserbarsyon ng mga nakakita sa mga larawan ng salu-salo, nalabag doon ang mga ipinatutupad na health protocols kontra COVID-19 gaya ng pagbabawal sa mass gatherings at physical distancing.
