NEGATIBO na sa coronavirus disease (COVID-19) si Senator Aquilino “Koko” Pimentel III mahigit isang buwan makaraan siyang tamaan ng deadly virus.
“Yes, I believe, I am now considered a recovered person that’s what my staff told me,” ani Pimentel.
Para makasigurado, sinabi ni Pimentel na mas mabuting tanungin ang Department of Health (DOH) sa kanyang kondisyon.
Mahirap na magkamali, although, I think, I am COVID free already,” dagdag ni Pimentel.
Matatandaang nabatikos si Pimentel matapos samahan ang noo’y buntis na misis noong Marso 25 sa Makati Medical Center sa kabila ng pagiging person under investigation (PUI). Sa kaparehong araw, nalaman niyang siya’y positibo sa virus.
Kinondena naman ng Makati Medical Center ang ginawa ni Pimentel.
“That’s already three 14-day quarantine cycles! Since I am still alive, [I have a] sense that the virus has already run its course (if this is a normal coronavirus),” pahayag ni Pimentel.
