Ang mga lalabag ay sasampahan ng paglabag sa An Act Providing Policies and Prescribing Procedures on Surveillance and Response to Notifiable Diseases, Epidemics, and Health Events of Public Health Concern (Republic Act 11332), Data Privacy Act, Cybercrime Prevention Act at Revised Penal Code.

“Discrimination has no place in our city, especially during this time of crisis. We must put a stop to this once and for all,” ani Belmonte.
