+ Conservation and restoration of heritage school buildings na nagkakahalaga ng P1 bilyon at nalakagak sa Department of Education

+ Right of way payment sa ilalim ng Department of Public Works and Highways at Department of Transportation na nagkakahalaga ng P13.6 bilyon.

Mayroon ding P195,985,777,000 na nakalaan sa Special Purpose Fund (budgetary support to government) na hindi pa inilalabas ng Department of Budget and Management.

“We could redirect more than P200 billion from the 2020 General Appropriations Act to more important and more pressing projects and programs that are needed today,” ani Herrera. “The budget is a tool to combat the disease, avert hunger, and stop the mass bankruptcy of low income families.”
