Good government and public accountability.

“Whereas, the magnitude and the destructive effects of the PDAF scam must not be swept into oblivion, as the issue is destroying the trust that Members of the Philippine Congress should enjoy from the people they represent,” saad ng resolusyon na inakda ng 19 na mambabatas sa pangunguna ni House minority leader Ronaldo Zamora.

“We should allow NBI to finish their investigation.  Without interference from us,” ayon kay Belmonte. “We will be in a damn if you do, damn if you don’t situation. If we don’t probe it, it would appear that we are hiding something. If we probe it and the results are not acceptable to the people, then they will say there’s whitewash,” ani Gonzales. “There is COA releasing the report and the Ombudsman who is tasked to take action. We should let them do their jobs and constitutional duties.”
