SUBIC- Nakabangon mula sa pagkakabigo ang pares nina Sisi Rondina at Bernadeth Pons at naglista ng dalawang krusyal na panalo para sa Pilipinas kontra Vietnam Linggo ng hapon sa Subic Tennis Court dito.
Tinakasan nila sina Tuong Vy Nguyen at Nguyen Lan Vu ng Vietnam, 22-20, 21-15 kasunod ng mahigpit na 21-8, 17-21, 15-7 panalo laban sa Vietnam 1.
Natalo namang muli sina Dzi Gervacio at Dij Rodriguez sa sumunod na laban, 14-21, 16-21.
Ipagpapatuloy ng women’s team ang paglalakbay tungo sa hinahangad na korona bukas, Dec. 2 kontra Malaysia sa ganap na 5:30 ng hapon.
