HANDA na ang Quezon City Police District sa pagbibigay ng seguridad sa mga bisita at atleta na lalaban sa ika-30 Southeast Asian Games.
Sinabi ni QCPD Director Police Brigadier General Ronnie Montejo na hinati ang Sub-Task Group Site ng Quezon that tatlo: SSTG Peace and Order sa ilalim ng PCOL Arthur Bisnar, SSTG Security sa ilalim ni PCOL Enrico Vargas at SSTG Reserve na pinamumunuan ni Ferdinand Navarro.
Aabot umano sa 4,190 ang ipakakalat na tauhan ng QCPD na hahatiin upang tiyakin ang seguridad sa anim na hotel sa lungsod kung saan tutuloy ang mga atleta at event venue sa University of the Philippines sa Diliman.
