Direktor ng ‘Nuuk’ natakot kina Aga at Alice

NATAKOT ang direktor na si Veronica Velasco kina Aga Muhlach at Alice Dixson bago nagsimula ang shooting ng pelikula nilang “Nuuk”.

Si Veronica rin ang nagdirek ng award-winning movie na “Through Night and Day” na pinagbibidahan nina Paolo Contis at Alessandra de Rossi na kinunan pa sa Iceland.

Ito namang “Nuuk” nina Aga at Alice ay kinunan pa sa Nuuk, ang capital city ng Greenland kung saan marami ang nagpapakamatay dahil sa matinding kalungkutan at depresyon.

Sa isang panayam, sinabi ni Direk Veronica na kakaibang challenge ang pinagdaanan niya habang ginagawa ang “Nuuk” with Aga and Alice around, “I was quite surprised. When I was given the project, they were already on board, so parang medyo nakakatakot idirek sina Aga and Alice.

“Pero surprisingly, noong nandu’n na kami sa Greenland, hindi ko alam kung ano ang nagagawa ng shooting in a remote place, pero I was surprised na magkakasundo kaming lahat, walang away.

“Kasi ang hirap na nu’ng lugar, e. Hindi ka na puwedeng mag-inarte du’n. Pampatagal ka lang. So we really had a good time. If you watch the film, you have to really watch the ending kasi sobrang galing sina Aga at Alice,” lahad ng direktor.

“Ang guwapo ni Aga sa pelikulang ito, yun lang ang masasabi ko,” hirit pa ni Direk Veronica na nagsabing hinding-hindi niya malilimutan ang halos isang buwan niyang pananatili sa Greenland para sa principal photography ng “Nuuk.”

Showing na ngayon ang “Nuuk” nationwide mula Viva Films. Malaki rin ang posibilidad na maipalabas ito sa ibang bansa, “I think yung Danish ambassador is trying to negotiate na mai-showing sa Denmark pero inaayos pa.”
