Vice Ganda: Dapat talaga ituro sa school ang ‘SOGIE’…feeling ko kasi LGBT is broken

VICE GANDA

NANINIWALA si Vice Ganda na dapat ay maging bahagi ng school curriculum ang Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity and Expression (SOGIE).

In a recent interview, in-explain ni Vice kung bakit ito ang kanyang posisyon.

“First I believe [people] must educate themselves. Everyone must be able to understand what is LGBTQIA+, what kind of people they are, because if you don’t understand the person, then you don’t fully embrace his/her totality.

“You have to understand, that’s why I firmly believe that SOGIE must be taught in schools,” say niya.

“I think that the LGBT community itself is broken. I believe that the LGBT must be solid, and must be able to resolve all their issues,” dagdag pa ng stand-up comedian.

He’s aware na despite the existence of some LGBT organizations ay hindi pa rin solid talaga ang samahan nito.

“Para maipaglaban natin nang magkakasama kung anuman ang gusto naming ipaglaban. Kasi as of now, it’s diverse and everyone has their own opinion, and that’s okay. Pero dapat at the end of the day we’re solid, we fight as one, we have one advocacy and that is for everyone’s equality,” he added.

Incidentally, tomorrow na yata ipamimigay ni Vice ang isang brand new car sa Gandang Gabi, Vice.

Riot ang guesting ni Regine Velasquez last Sunday when Vice asked for the singer’s emotional commitment sa kanta niyang “Boom Panes.” Noong una, napansin ni Regine na dalawang words lang ang unang line ng kanta but she did interpret with so much aplomb.

Hindi naman nagpatalbog si Vice who sang two of Regine’s hit. Hugot kung hugot ang interpretation ni Vice ng hits ng Songbird.
