Duterte sinertipikahan na ang ROTC bill bilang urgent

KINUMPIRMA ng Palasyo na sinertipikahan ni Pangulong Duterte ang panukalang batas na nagbabalik sa mandatory Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC) para sa Grade 11 at Grade 12 ng mga estudyante ng pampubliko at pribadong paaralan.

Nauna nang inaprubahan ng Kamara sa ikatlo at huling pagbasa ang House Bill No. 8961 kung saan 167 kongresista ang pumabor at apat ang kumontra.

Mismong si Duterte ang nagsusulong para sa pagbabalik ng ROTC.
