‘Wag sanang pagsisihan ni Jericho ang naging desisyon niya!’

WE’LL play devil’s advocate sa binitiwang pangako ni Jericho Rosales ngayong namaalam na sa ere ang Halik, ABS-CBN’s late night teleserye.

Ewan kung mapangatawanan ni Jericho na ayaw na niyang tumanggap ng teleserye as he wants to reinvent himself (hindi naman niya sinabi kung paano).

Most if not all actors, in this time when there’s a slump in the film industry, are dying to do teleseryes. Sa kawalan nga naman ng movie assignments, a regular one is a guaranteed source of income.

Pero iba ang pananaw rito ni Jericho, well, he must have a fat savings account plus a flou-rishing resto business to want giving up on doing teleseryes kung saan siya nakilala’t in-acknowledge bilang mahusay na aktor (hindi nga lang masasabing ka-level niya si John Lloyd Cruz in terms of depth and intensity).

So, how does Jericho think he’ll reinvent himself? Papasukin din ba niya ang pagpoprodyus ng pelikula the way Piolo Pascual did?

Will he make a career detour? At ano, komedyante tulad ni Empoy? Just what?

Mabigat ang binitiwang pangako ni Jericho sa sarili. Baka bukas-makalawa, when another good teleserye comes along ay sunggaban niya ito.
