Falcis brothers kinasuhan ng grave threat si Kris

CHALLENGE accepted.

That, in a capsule, is what the Falcis brothers, Jess and Nicko, did as exactly two months ago Kris Something challenged the latter to file grave threats against her.

“Mr. Falcis, PLEASE COMPLETE THE FULL TEXT OF WHAT WAS SHOUTED AT YOU on September 26, 2018. Why fear the WHOLE TRUTH? i was in QC, you were in Bangkok.

“PLEASE personally file your grave threats charge against me with any prosecutor in any region where a KRIS AQUINO will be most hated.

“52 days already passed. Justice delayed is Justice denied.” That was Kris’ aria.

Last Jan. 18, nag-file ng two counts of grave threats ang magkapatid na Jess at Nicko sa Quezon City Regional Trial Court.

After filing, the Falcis brothers posed at the Justice Cecilia Munoz-Palma Hall and posted their photo with this caption by Atty. Jess: “Growing up as gay people, we were bullied but we have always stood up against our bullies. This is no exception.

“A death threat is a death threat. We have to protect our life and security from the crazy rich and powerful.”

Himala at walang ganting hanash itong si Kristeta. Bigla siyang nanahimik.

Ginawang evidence ng magkapatid ang IG post ni Kristeta wherein inamin niyang siya ang nasa audio na kumalat but she said na inadmissible ito sa korte.

What she conveniently forgot is that she posted her pag-amin sa IG account niya na siyang ginawang basehan ng magkapatid. Mukhang naduwag si Kris dahil according to a report by an online portal ay binura niya ang IG post niya ng kanyang pag-amin after eight hours.
