NIYANIG ng magnitude 5.9 lindol ang Davao Oriental kaninang umaga.
Ayon sa Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology ang pagyanig ay aftershock ng magnitude 7.2 lindol na naramdaman noong Disyembre 29.
Naramdaman ang aftershock alas-4:03 ng umaga. Ang sentro nito ay 127 kilometro sa silangan ng Governor Generoso. May lalim itong 114 kilometro.
Naramdaman ang Intensity IV sa Davao City, at San Josefa, Agusan del Sur.
Intensity III naman ang naramdaman sa Alabel, Sarangani. Intensity II sa General Santos City; Kiamba, Sarangani; KIdapawan City; Gingoog City at Tupi, South Cotabato.
Intensity I naman sa Cebu City, at T’boli, South Cotabato.
