But any media member could imagine ang pagmamadali ng press mula kay Vice to make a speedy segue to the GMA studio.

Ayon sa nakalap naming tsika, VG’s presscon wasn’t the typical come one-come all event.

The gay TV host-comedian parted with P100,000 (puwera ‘yung tigpi-P50,000 nina Richard Gutierrez at Mr. Dantes who are in the cast).
VG had to thank GMA for. May dahilan nga naman na madaliin if not i-cut short ang kanyang presscon to give the media a chance to attend the Kapuso party.

Samantala, ang inyong lingkod was the first to arrive at our former home network.

Kapag nagpa-party kasi ang GMA, to us, ‘yun ang totoong party where adults gather. May walwalan kasi.

But our rare appearance generally at GMA events noong Martes na ‘yon was one of discovery as far as the station’s artists are concerned. In many parts of the program ay nagtanghal ang mga ipinagmamalaking singer ng istasyon led by Julie Ann San Jose.

Ang apat na pares na ‘yon are the main attractions of GMA’s Studio 7, ang Saturday musical variety show nila. In fairness, hindi naman pala kalakihan ang naiwang vacuum ni Regine Velasquez when she bolted out of GMA.

But unlike the GMA press parties noon, wala kaming narinig na pangalan ng mga big-name Kapuso artists who pitched in their raffle share.
