ITINALAGA ni Pangulong Duterte ang kolumnista ng Bandera na si Ramon Tulfo bilang special envoy for public diplomacy of the President to the People’s Republic of China.
Epektibo ang pagkakatalaga kay Tulfo Oktubre 23, 2018 at may termino na anim na buwan.
Bukod sa Bandera, kolumnista rin si Tulfo ng Philippine Daily Inquirer (PDI).
Samantala, itinalaga rin ni Duterte si Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process Jesus Dureza bilang concurrent Special Envoy of the President to the European na epektibo mula Hulyo 1, 2018 at Disyembre 31, 2018.
Itinalaga rin ni Duterte ang beteranong Malacanang reporter ng PTV 4 na si Racquel “Rocky” Tobias bilang Undersecretary ng Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO).
