Sabit sa P50M BI bribery hindi pinayagan mag-bail

Leifbilly Begas - August 31, 2018 - 07:51 PM

“The prosecution presented clear and convincing evidence that accused Argosino and Robles received money, in two instances from accused Sombero, as consideration for the release of the Chinese nationals detained at Fontana Leisure Parks and Casino,” saad ng korte.

“If the intention was to use the money as evidence in a case against Jack Lam, the amount would have been kept intact,” saad ng korte.
