PALABAS na ng Philippine Area of Responsibility ang bagyong Josie kung saan inaasahang wala na ito sa PAR bukas (Lunes).
Sinabi ng Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration pinalalakas ng bagyo ang Hanging Habagat na nagdudulot ng pag-ulan sa malaking bahagi ng Luzon.
“The Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) will bring scattered to widespread monsoon rains over Metro Manila, Central Luzon, Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, rest of Cagayan Valley, Western Visayas, Cavite, Batangas, Rizal, Laguna, Mindoro Provinces, and Northern Palawan including Calamian Group of Islands.”
Ngayong araw ang bagyo ay nasa layong 170 kilometro sa hilagang silangan ng Basco, Batanes.
Mayroon itong hangin na umaabot sa 60 kilometro bawat oras ang bilis at pagbugsong 75 kilometro bawat oras.
Umuusad ito sa bilis na 25 kilometro pahilaga-hilagang silangan.
