BALIK Metro Manila si Police Regional Office 4-A regional director Chief Supt. Gullermo Eleazar matapos italaga ni Philippine National Police chief Dir. Gen. Oscar D. Albayalde bilang bagong National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) chief.
Pinalitan ni Eleazar si Dir. Camilo Pancratius Cascola, na itinalaga naman sa Civil Security Group.
Bago ang kanyang pagiging hepe ng Calabarzon, nanungkulan si Eleazar bilang chief ng Quezon Police District Office (QCPD).
Papalitan naman ni Cascolan si Dir. Federico Dulay Jr., na itinalaga sa Office of the Chief PNP.
