Trillanes sinabing dapat sibakin at kasuhan ng plunder si Teo sa DOT-PTV ad deal

SINABI ni Sen. Antonio Trillanes IV na dapat sibakin si Tourism Secretary Wanda Teo at kasuhan ng plunder kaugnay ng kontrobersiyal na P60 milyong ad na inilagay sa programang “Bitag” ng kanyang mga kapatid na sina Ben at Erwin Tulfo.

“Sa akin, hindi lang mag-resign dapat e makasuhan. Dapat tanggalin sa puwesto at kasuhan,” sabi ni Trillanes.

Idinagdag ni Trillanes na dapat kasuhan si Teo ng plunder at graft.

Naghain naman si Sen. Nancy Binay ng resolusyon, na nagsusulong ng imbestigasyon ng Senado, bagamat sinabi ni Trillanes na maghahain siya ng kaparehong resolusyon.

“Ito ay plunder pag titingnan natin but more importantly gusto nating malaman kung gaano pa kalaking budget ang naabuso dito sa DOT dahil iba’t ibang issue ang lumalabas,” dagdag ni Trillanes.

Sinabi pa ni Trillanes na hindi maaaring basta makaligtas ang mga sangkot sa pananagutan sakaling ibalik ang pera.

“In fact, yung kanilang sinasabi na yan is an admission that they have committed a crime so kailangan nating maungkat. Baka hindi lang yan ang pondong naabuso dyan,” ayon pa kay Trillanes.

Sinabi ng abogado ni Teo na si Ferdinand Topacio, na ibabalik na lamang ng Bitag Media Unlimited Inc. (BMUI) ang P60 milyong ibinayad ng DOT sa mga Tulfo.
