Kahit buntis, Iya nag-workout nang patiwarik

GAGAWIN lahat ni Iya Villania para mapanatali niyang healthy ang sarili pati na ang baby sa kanyang sinapupunan ngayon. Hashtag #healthgoals and #mommygoals pa rin ang pinaiiral ngayon ng Kapuso TV host-actress.

Imagine, kahit na pregnant siya sa second child nila ni Drew Arellano ay tuloy pa rin ag kanyang regular workout.

Sa kanyang Instagram, nag-post ng video si Iya kung saan makikita siyang nagko-crossfit exercise (with weightlifting at pistol squat) kasabay ng pagsasabing safe naman ito sa mga buntis. Bukod dito meron ding ginawang workout ang misis ni Drew where she’s doing a headstand.

Safe rin daw ito sa mga pregnant pero warning ni Iya, “Watch out for any ‘coning’ action in the abdominal section. FYI, coning is a no-no so keeping an eye out gives you a chance to scale down the movement.”

“I do what I can. Kung hindi kaya, hindi ko pipilitin. At saka I’m carefully listening to my body,” aniya pa.
