Taas sa SSS contribution nasa kamay ni Du30

  Nanawagan ang mga kongresista kay Pangulong Duterte na huwag pagbigyan ang hiling ng Social Security System na itaas sa 14 porsyento ang buwanang kontribusyon ng mga empleyado.     Ayon kay Anakpawis Rep. Ariel Casilao mararamdaman ng mga ordinaryong manggagawa ang dagdag na tatlong porsyentong dagdag na hinihingi ng SSS dahil hindi naman sila nakinabang sa Tax Reform Acceleration and Inclusion.       “While the proposed measure was meant to prolong the actuarial life of the SSS fund, increasing the contribution should not be on the top of the list by the SSS management,” ani Casilao.     Napakarami umanong kompanya ang hindi ibinibigay sa SSS ang kinakaltas nilang kontribusyon sa kanilang mga empleyado at ito ang dapat na asikasuhin ng ahensya.     Bukod dito ay napakalaki rin umano ng bonus at iba pang benepisyong tinatanggap ng mga opisyal ng SSS.       Ayon kina ACT Representatives Antonio Tinio at France Castro 75 porsyento ng mga miyembro ng SSS ay hindi nakinabang sa TRAIN pero papasan sa mga bagong buwis.     “Those who earn minimum wage and below get nothing from TRAIN but they are the ones who get hit the hardest by the onslaught of price hikes in basic goods and services,” ani Tinio.     Sinabi ni Castro na lalong mawawalan ng laman ang plato ng mga mahihirap sa planong ito ng SSS.
