Bonus ng mga guro para sa 2016 wala pa

Pinaiimbestigahan sa Kamara de Representantes ang pagkabigo ng gobyerno na ibigay ang performance based bonus ng mga pampublikong guro para sa taong 2016.     Inihain nina Alliance of Concerned Teachers Representatives Antonio Tinio at France Castro ang House Resolution 1607 upang malaman kung bakit wala pa hanggang ngayon ang PBB.     “Whereas, the PBB should nevertheless be given to employees in public service, including teachers, non-teaching personnel and other employees, considering that the bonus is annually given a budget and that this is relief on by the employees to augment their finances,” saad ng resolusyon.     Sinabi ni Tinio na natanggap na ang mga empleyado sa ibang ahensya ang kanilang PBB para sa taong 2016 pero ang mga nasa Department of Education ay wala pa rin.     Noong Abril 2017 pa umano naisumite ng DepEd ang accomplishment report nito para sa taong 2016. Pero kulang umano ang isinumite ng DepEd at nakompleto lamang ito noong Disyembre 28, 2017.     Mayroon din umanong mga DepEd Regional Office na nabigong magsumite ng ranking report sa Inter-Agency Task Force in Harmonization of National Government Performance Monitoring.     “Whereas, the SY 2017-18 will be ending soon but until now the PBB for Fiscal year 2016 is not yet released to public school teachers.”       Ngayon ay pinoproseso na ng mga tauhan ng DepEd ang PBB para sa taong 2017.     Pinagpapaliwanag ni Tinio ang DepEd, Department of Budget and Management na siyang chairman ng IATF.
