ITINALAGA ni Pangulong Duterte si bagong katatalagang Rear Admiral Elson E. Hermogino bilang bagong Commandant ng Philippine Coast Guard.
Bukod kay Hermogino, nabigyan din ng promosyon bilang rear admiral sina Rolando D. Legaspi at Leopoldo V. Laroya.
Pinirmahan ni Duterte ang promosyon nina Hermogino noong Enero 4, 2018.
