Pag-aresto kay Sereno nakaumang

Leifbilly Begas - November 26, 2017 - 04:12 PM

“Mayroon kaming poder para gamitin ‘yung coercive power ng committee under the Constitution. So this is a constitutional power to pursue a constitutional mandate. Iyung separation of powers as co-equal branch may not be invoked in this particular instance,” dagdag pa ni Umali. Midas Marquez, SC Clerk of Court Atty. Felipa Anama, at Manila Times reporter Jomar Canlas.
