Rody susunod sa utos ng SC sa Marcos burial

SUSUNOD si Pangulong Duterte sa magiging kautusan ng korte hinggil sa pagpapalibing kay dating Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos sa Libingan ng mga Bayani.
Pero sinabi ni Presidential Spokesperson Ernesto Abella na magpapatuloy ang proseso ng paghihimlay kay Marcos sa Libingan hanggang walang inilalabas na temporary restraining order (TRO) ang Supreme Court.
“The process is ongoing, nobody is rushing anything it’s just people need to respond as appropriate as possible,” sabi niya.
Kamakailan ay nagsampa ng petisyon sa SC ang ilang grupo at indibiduwal na tutol na mailibing si Marcos sa Libingan ng mga Bayani.
“Let’s put it this way if there are any motions and cases have been filed let it proceed and the President will respond as he sees fit,” dagdag ni Abella.
Matutuloy naman aniya sa itinakdang araw ang pagpapalibing kay Marcos sakaling walang TRO na ilabas ang korte.
“So unless somebody, unless there is a TRO or anything like that, it will proceed as planned,” aniya.
Umamin si Abella niya na hindi niya batid kung magkano ang gagastusin sa pagpapalibing kay Marcos at kung ito ay sasagutin ng kanyang pamilya.
“I don’t have the details regarding expenses. It will go through various departments,” aniya.
Kasabay nito, isiniwalat ni Abella na hindi opsyon para kay Duterte na ilibing si Marcos sa Batac, Ilocos Norte.
“I don’t know if he considered that. I suppose he was aware of that but that belonged to another administration,” sabi pa ni Abella.
Nauna nang napaulat na target ng mga Marcos na mailibing ang dating pangulo sa Setyembre 18.
