Abaya, Ginez inireklamo dahil sa Uber, Grab at U-hop

Jun Abaya at Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board chief Winston Ginez kaugnay ng pagpayag nila sa operasyon ng transportation network vehicle service.     Ayon sa pangulo ng grupo na si Jun Magno mali ang ginawang pagpayag ng dalawa na mag-operate ang Uber, Grabcar at U-Hop ng walang kaukulang prangkisa.     Sinabi ni Magno na binigyan nila ng bentahe ang mga TNVS na paglabag umano sa Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act.      Lumala rin umano ang trapik dahil sa operasyon ng TNVS na ang kailangan lamang ay accreditation at hindi prangkisa.      “Even before the issuance of the respondents of the said department order and memorandum circulars, it already deeply affected the rights of the complainants’ officers and members being concerned citizens, taxpayers, operators and drivers of public utility vehicles.”     Mura rin umano ang singil ng gobyerno sa mga nagnanais na magpasok ng sasakyan sa ilalim ng TNVS kumpara sa prangkisa na binabayaran ng mga pampublikong sasakyan na naaagawan nila ng pasahero.      “Many taxi drivers transferred to TNVS as they could allegedly have relatively good income, passengers of taxis and AUV express decreased tremendously as commuting public tried the use of TNVS resulting to loss of income of operators and drivers of these taxis and AUV express.”
