ITINANGGI ng Palasyo ang alegasyon ni dating senador Francisco “Kit” Tatad na nakipagpulong si Pangulong Aquino kay Sen. Grace Poe sa sa Bahay Pangarap sa loob ng Malacanang.
Iginiit ni Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) head Secretary Herminio “Sonny” Coloma na si dating Interior secretary Mar Roxas ang kandidato ni Aquino hanggang sa sumapit ang eleksiyon sa Mayo.
“President Aquino is fully committed to the candidacy of Sec. Roxas. The allegation is untrue,” sabi ni Coloma.
Nauna nang sinabi ni Tatad na binigyan ni Aquino si Roxas ng ultimatum hanggang Abril 25 para tumaas ang rating.
Ayon kay Tatad, nakipagpulong din umano si Aquino sa mga mahistrado ng Korte Suprema isang linggo bago ang pinal na desisyon para paboran ang pagtakbo ni Poe sa darating na halalan.
