Amay Bisaya ayaw seryosohin ng madlang pipol sa politika
DINALAW namin ang mahal naming kaibigang si Tito Buboy Syjuco sa Comelec last Monday dahil meron silang hearing amongst the political hopefuls (presidentiables, VPs and senatoriables) na hindi kasama sa official line-up for next year’s elections.
Tito Buboy kasi is running for president under the KBL banner and guess who we saw doon sa hearing? Amay Bisaya was there!
“Tatakbo ako for senator at si Tito Buboy and presidente namin. Naghi-hearing lang kami para malaman kung sino sa aming mga lumalaban ang nuisance at kung sino ang hindi. Iboto mo ako ha,” lambing-biro ni kaibigang Amay who I truly admired ever since dahil sa pagiging mabuting tao nito.
Ilang dekada ko na bang kaibigan si Amay Bisaya at ilang beses na ba siyang tumakbo for a high position sa politics pero hindi talaga siya pinapalad pa. Malay ninyo, baka pagtripan ng taumbayan na isama siya sa 12 senatoriables nila – after all, deserved naman niya ang maging public servant, di ba?
Hindi naman daw siya puwedeng maging nuisance dahil VP siya ng Actors Guild of the Philippines. And mind you, he is a VERY GOOD MAN! Napakabit na tao nito at napakasipag. And really very funny and loving. Kung kilala niyo lang ang tunay na pagkatao ni Amay Bisaya – mamahalin niyo siya to high heavens.
Nagmumukha lang kasing joke ang kaniyang pagtakbo palagi dahil komedyante siya and some people don’t take him seriously as far as politics is concerned. Pero kung tutuusin ay mas masipag pa siya compared to any pulitiko out there. And kung siya siguro ang nakaupo sa mga trono nila, this must be a very fun place country to live in.
If you were to ask me if I will vote for Amay, ang sagot ko ay malutong na YES. He has my vote and he has my heart. Mahal na mahal namin si Amay Bisaya dahil napakabuti ng puso niyan. Believe me!
