Miriam sinabing dapat bigyan ng tsansa si Marcos

SINABI kahapon ni Sen. Miriam Defensor-Santiago na dapat na bigyan ng tsansa si Sen. Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos, Jr. na patunayan ang kanyang sarili sa harap naman ng mga batikos sa pamilya Marcos.
Sa isang presidential forum sa 41st Philippine Business Conference and Expo sa Marriott Hotel sa Pasay City, ipinagtanggol ni Santiago si Marcos sa pagsasabing wala naman siyang pinapatay noong panahon ng martial law.

“I have not known or seen any prima facie evidence… that Bongbong killed someone or raped someone or burned a house or in other words violated any provision of the Penal Code,” sabi ni Santiago.
Ito’y sa harap naman ng mga puna matapos niyang kunin si Marcos bilang kanyang ka-tandem sa 2016 presidential elections.

“Wala akong alam na krimen na gawa niya ang pagkakatanda ko. Noong martial law pinapakita si Bonbong maliit pa siyang bata kasama ang mga magulang niya,” dagdag pa ni Santiago.
Idinagdag ni Santiago na walang rason para hindi niya kunin si Marcos bilang kanyang bise presidente.

“Wala namang proof na siya mismo ang gumawa ng sala so I have no basis for condemning him. This man is trying to redeem himself. Let’s give him a chance,” ayona pa kay Santiago. Inquirer.net
