Pasok sa tanggapan ng gobyerno sinuspinde na rin sa Nob. 17 at 20 dahil sa APEC

SINUSPINDE na ng Malacanang ang pasok sa lahat ng tanggapan ng gobyerno sa Nobyembre 17 at Nobyembre 20 matapos namang idineklarang special non-working days ang Nobyembre 18 at Nobyembre 19 sa National Capital Region (NCR) sa harap naman ng nakatakdang pagdaraos ng Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) sa bansa.
Ipinalabas ni Executive Secretary Paquito Ochoa, Jr. ang Memorandum Circular 84 kung saan wala na ring pasok sa lahat ng tanggapan ng gobyerno, kabilang na ang mga government-owned or controlled corporations (GOCCs) sa Nobyembre at Nobyembre 20.Mangangahulugan ito ng apat na araw na walang pasok para sa mga tanggapan ng gobyerno at maging sa lahat ng antas ng paaralan.
“However, government agencies that are directly involved in basic services, such as, security and safety, health and emergency preparedness, and the conduct of various APEC meetings and related activities, shall continue their operations to ensure the success of the event,” sabi ni Ochoa sa Memorandum Circular 84.
Samantala,sinabi ni Ochoa na ipinauubaya na ng Malacanang sa mga lokal na pamahalaan at sa pribadongsector kung magdedeklara rin ng suspensyon sa Nobyemre 17 at Nobyembre 20.
“For affected local government units and the private sector, suspension of work shall be on a voluntary basis based on their respective assessment of scheduled activities from 16-20 November 2015, and the traffic management plan which shall be implemented on the said dates,” dagdag ni Ochoa.
Nauna nang ipinalabas ni Ochoa ang Proclamation number 1072 na nagdedeklara sa Nobyembre 18 at Nobyembre 19 bilang special non-working days sa NCR.
