Palasyo pinag-aaralan ang 20-oras na water interruption na ipapatupad ng Maynilad
TINIYAK ng Palasyo na nirerepaso na ng gobyerno ang balak ng Maynilad na magpatupad ng 20 oras na water interruption epektibo sa Oktubre 5.
“Government is looking into this matter. We should note, however, that conservation of watwr is everyone’s concern,” sabi ni Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) head Secretary Herminio “Sonny” Coloma.
Ito’y sa harap naman ng pahayag ng Maynilad na apat na oras na lamang mula alas-4 ng umaga hanggang alas-8 ng umaga magkakaroon ng tubig ang mga nasasakupan nito.
“Due to the possible wide effects of El Nino, water interruption is part of the process being implemented to ensure that thewre will be enough supply of water going towards the summer months,” ayon pa kay Coloma.
Sa kasalukuyan, pinapatay ng Maynilad ang suplay ng tubig mula alas-9 ng gabi at bubuksan muli ng alas-4 ng umaga.
