How does it feel to be part of the national team once again?
It is an honor and also the best feeling in the world especially in my age. Who would think I’d make it to Gilas’ final 12?

Were you surprised that you made the lineup to the FIBA Asia Championships?
Hell yes! Unbelievable!

How is (Gilas) Coach Tab Baldwin as a coach?
Great! Learning the ins and outs of the FIBA game from a genius.

Do you feel that support to Gilas has been adequate?
MVP (Manny V. Pangilinan) and Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas have been so supportive. This program would not be where it’s at if it weren’t for them.

Do you feel that much is expected from Gilas 3.0?
There’s a lot of expectations. As far as we (the team) are concerned…all in! Everything for flag and country.

At 42, what motivates you to do your best on the court?
The flag on my jersey. The 3 stars and the sun. That’s my motivation.
