Leni Robredo inupakan si Grace Poe: Wala raw ‘K’ maging pangulo kung…

WALA umanong karapatang mahalal na pangulo si Senador Grace Poe kung kahit isang beses ay tinalikuran nito ang kanyang pagiging Filipino citizenship.

Ito ang sinabi ni Camarines Sur Rep. Leni Robredo sa isang TV show Lune ng umaga.

“For somebody seeking the presidency, mahirap naman na at one point in your life you renounced your loyalty to your country,” ayon sa byuda ni dating Interior Secretary Jesse Robredo.

“If it can be proven later on that she (Poe) did renounce, palagay ko hindi natin deserve and isang presidente na, at one point in her life, tinalikuran tayo,” mariing pahayag ng mambabatas kay KarenDavila, host ng programang Headstart sa ANC.

Gayunman, iginiit ni Robredo na kailangang hintayin pa rin ang desisyon ng korte na dumidinig hinggil sa tunay na citizenship ni Poe.

“I’m not saying that she did renounce her citizenship. Hindi ko alam.”

Ang sinasabi anya niya ay kung sakaling tinalikuran niya ang kanyang pagiging citizen ng Pilipinas, kahit pagiging bise presidente ay wala rin siyang karapatan.

“Kung nag-revert lang siya sa dati, natural born pa rin siya. Hypothetically, makaka-run pa rin siya pero sa akin ay hindi legal yung question.”

Nananatili anyang malaking isyu ang “loyalty to country”. ” Kahit pa naging natural-born citizen ka ulit—kasi bumalik ka sa dati mong citizenship—hindi yon ang question.”

“Ang question ay nagkaroon ng punto sa buhay mo na tinalikuran mo ang iyong bansa,” dagdag pa nito.

Nang tanungin kung susuportahan niya si Poe kung sakaling tumakbo ito sa mas mataas na pwesto, sinabi ni Robredo na hindi niya ito ganap na kilala para bigyan niya ng suporta.
